fable-advisor: Fable 5.1 as architect orchestrating GPT implementers in Claude Code
daniel_mac8 · x · 2026-09-03
The open-source fable-advisor plugin for Claude Code exploits the fact that every subagent can run on a different model. It uses the architect pattern: your session runs on Fable 5.1 as a full-time architect owning requirements, decomposition, specs and verification. Implementation tasks are routed by complexity — routine work goes to GPT-5.6 Luna via the Codex CLI, high-complexity tasks to GPT-5.6 Sol — followed by a clean-context Fable 5.1 review. Think of it as in-context distillation: Luna gets Fable's intelligence at a fraction of the cost.
