OneRegex Revera: portable regex spec in Vego, a Go subset, for identical behavior everywhere

Frank Denis introduced OneRegex Revera, regular expressions that give the same answer in every language. Its machine-readable spec is written in Vego, a subset of Go with a direct JSON representation that converts trivially via Go reflection and translates into native source code for any language. Vego is readable, valid Go, and offers a new path to unified cross-language regex semantics.
