A developer released an open-source app that runs the Google Gemma 4 4B model to generate 8-bit chiptune-style music on any device. Demo builds are available on GitHub (Onion99/Agro) for Android (APK), macOS (DMG), Windows (EXE), and Linux (AppImage).
