Endless MiniMax H3 workflow generates unlimited-length lip-synced videos on a 12GB GPU
embryo10 · reddit · 2026-09-02
A new open-source ComfyUI workflow, Endless MiniMax H3 (with Endless LipSync) v1.0, generates lip-synced MiniMax H3 videos of unlimited length by stitching latent-saved clips via ComfyUI-H3-Motion-Context and a custom H3 Motion Context Clip Stitcher node. On an RTX 3060 12GB it produces a 1.5-minute lip-synced video in 2 hours including retries. It supports FL2AV and Ref2AV modes, per-clip retries, and seamless stitching without visible seams or lossy re-encoding. Both projects are open source on GitHub.
