Researchers launch Alignment Journal, a peer venue for ambitious AI alignment work, noting key results often exist only as unpublished preprints. Senior editors include Hadfield-Menell, Vanessa Kosoy and Benjamin Van Roy; advisors include Scott Aaronson, Paul Christiano and Geoffrey Irving. Submissions open to all in October.
