Merge for Workforce is an enterprise AI spend governance tool:
- Syncs identity providers via SCIM so AI access follows the org chart;
- A lightweight MDM-deployed desktop client scans for unauthorized AI use and blocks unapproved models and MCP servers on-device;
- Sets per-team model tiers: high-volume work defaults to fast, cheap models, reserving frontier models for the hardest problems, with per-team overrides;
- Auto-provisions employee harnesses with models, endpoints, MCP servers, and skills plus admin-defined spend rules.
