ChatGPT Plus user reports three long chats severely truncated in three days

A Plus user reports that within days, three long-form chats were severely truncated while editing the latest prompt — only the first one or two messages and the newest portion remain. Two were in Projects, one a normal chat; all involved heavy image generation with many retries. Search still surfaces the missing text, but opening the chat shows only the truncated version, on both Android and web. The user says they never deleted or edited old messages and asks if others have hit the same bug.
