Investor Stewart Alsop III says he hopes the case against Anthropic over its user terms becomes a class action, calling it the most confusing terms and conditions he has ever encountered. He points out the irony: Anthropic claims internal AGI has nearly been achieved — which would be the best marketing in the world if true, but might instead be the worst.
