MiniMax-H3 Runs Locally on Radeon 8060S iGPU: 5.17s Video with Native Audio
ShamanFlamingoFR · reddit · 2026-09-02
Reddit user ShamanFlamingoFR shares a detailed test of running MiniMax-H3 PDD locally on an AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 / Radeon 8060S iGPU (gfx1151). Using the official 8-step PDD LoRA in ComfyUI, they generated a 640×384, 124-frame (5.17s) video with synchronized native stereo audio (AAC 32kHz). Key findings: PDD is not a generic LoRA workflow, requires a dedicated node and Euler sampler only; DynamicVRAM works on Linux but crashes on Windows; the APU is power-throttled but never thermally. Full hardware/software config and performance numbers included.
