Google Cloud Run now integrates with the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. Agents deployed to Cloud Run:
- Register directly into the Agent Registry
- Get their own dedicated IAM identities
- Are secured via central hardening and governance
One developer confirmed deploying an agent to Cloud Run automatically assigned a unique IAM identity and registered it in the registry — a big simplification for production agent identity and governance.
