Claude Code 2.1.258 Released, Fixes macOS 12 Launch Bug

Claude Code version 2.1.258 is out with two CLI fixes:
- Fixed failure to launch on macOS 12 (Monterey), a regression from v2.1.255;
- Resolved "user messages must have non-empty content" errors in remote/scheduled sessions caused by re-sent approvals.
