Using Fable 5.1, researchers successfully deciphered a code that had remained unsolved for 373 years. The cipher is listed as #28 on cryptology expert Klaus Schmeh's "Top 50 unsolved encrypted messages." The solution was described as "almost embarrassingly simple in hindsight."
