Anthropic Safety Filters Block Fable 5.1 Testing Over 'Reverse Engineering' False Positives

Greg Kamradt reported that during v3 testing for Fable 5.1, many requests were rejected by Anthropic's safety guards misclassified as "reverse engineering". Despite coordination with Anthropic to lift restrictions, they could not finish testing in time for the launch. While Fable 5.1 showed strong results on ARC-AGI benchmarks with 32% lower costs, its release is delayed due to these safety filter issues.
