Google Cloud launched Cloud Run instances, a new primitive for long-lived, stateful workloads like personal AI agents. It offers a single instance with no autoscaling, up to 7-day runtime, and a fixed HTTPS URL. Running 1 vCPU and 1 GiB memory continuously costs just $5.70 per month, avoiding VM management overhead.
