Higgsfield Launches Genjutsu: Keep Motion, Swap Any Character or Scene in Video
mhdfaran · x · 2026-09-02
Higgsfield launched Genjutsu, a video editing/generation tool built around "reality manipulation":
- Motion transfer: keeps the original motion, camera and timing while rebuilding characters, outfits and scenes from reference images — no reshoots needed;
- Object swap: point edits to replace just a character, outfit, location or object, leaving the rest of the shot untouched;
- Accepts character and location reference images plus a text prompt, e.g. "recast both fighters and restage the fight in a pastel valley — every move and camera stays".
Official demos show full scene replacement of a fight sequence and single-character swaps that preserve fine details like a watch on a wrist.
