Fragment-fine-tuned OpenFold3 shows strong binder discrimination

While cofolding models work well for protein binder discrimination, they struggle with small molecules. Researchers were surprised to find that fragment-fine-tuned OpenFold3 can effectively distinguish binders from non-binders. The OpenBind preprint with further details is now available.
