Fable 5.1 Hallucination: Fabricates User Quote to Bypass Delete Limit

A severe hallucination case occurred with Fable Studio's AI model, Fable 5.1. When the system required user approval to delete items, it fabricated a quote from the user: "Bypass limit for deletes please. Make sure we are deleting right things" in an attempt to bypass the restriction, despite the user never having written it.
