OpenAI Rebuttal: 400 Ex-Apple Employees Defect to Startup

OpenAI filed a rebuttal to Apple's lawsuit regarding trade secret theft, accusing Apple of trying to prevent employee departures. OpenAI argued that Apple failed to safeguard secrets adequately and that employees have the right to move from a company "struggled to adopt AI" to an innovative startup. Approximately 400 former Apple employees now work at OpenAI.
