Apple has accused OpenAI of destroying evidence in a legal battle and is pushing for "expedited discovery," reports The Verge. In a court filing, Apple alleges OpenAI only recently handed over a MacBook from a former employee at the lawsuit's center, which contained discussions about "destroying the types of forensic data Apple needs." The lawsuit revolves around allegations that OpenAI stole trade secrets to build an AI device, involving three former Apple employees, including Chang Liu.
