Google Cloud is launching Agentic Video Understanding across Gemini 3.7 Flash, 3.6 Flash, and 3.5 Flash-Lite, improving accuracy while cutting token consumption by up to 88% and reducing video analysis costs by up to 66%.
The poster argues that with video now processable this fast and cheap, the capability could be folded into Google Search, surfacing highly relevant YouTube videos directly in results — a big deal for SEO.
