Meta's Muse Voice Transcribe hits API with zero-data-retention tier

Meta's new Muse Voice Transcribe model is now available on the Meta Models API. SOTA in streaming speech-to-text and trained on 70+ languages, it features a zero-data-retention tier. It currently powers dictation in the Meta desktop app and voice input in Muse Code.
