Anthropic can now offer a Claude certification — a sign AI tooling has stabilized enough to teach

The author reflects on Anthropic launching an official Claude certification: you probably don't need a course to use Claude well, but the fact that a certification can exist at all is a milestone. A year ago AI curricula had to be rebuilt every 3–6 weeks as new models upended old workflows; now the tools are stable enough to teach systematically.
The author also argues that defining terms like "skill," "MCP," and "API" is necessary groundwork for getting hundreds of millions of people to use the tech. Ten colleagues went through the training this summer, and the post links to their feedback.
