Hands-On With Grok Bot: One-Click Training for Automated Bookkeeping and Compliance

A user shared their experience building an accounting Bot on Grok. After connecting Gmail and Google Drive and importing last year's ledger format, the Bot perfectly reproduced the account structure on its first try. It created separate ledgers and Dropbox folders for each LLC and automatically organized expenses from Venmo, Amex, and more. The Bot now scans Dropbox weekly to update ledgers and automatically pulls receipt emails from Gmail.
