Developers showcased the code generation capabilities of the pre-release GPT Astra. In a single turn, the model recreated the game Terraria in one HTML file, including multiple bosses and a transition to hard mode. Additionally, it built Kaiju and zombie games using a custom C++20 engine and Vulkan renderer without off-the-shelf assets, featuring fully simulated crowds with reactive smoke/fire and rendering thousands of zombies on-screen.
