Investor Gavin Baker, in a new interview with a16z's David George, described the current pace of AI acceleration on the West Coast as wild, saying he has been actively looking for someone to make the bearish case. His standard question: "Can you tell me one quantitative data point in your business that's getting worse? Just one." — and at least through July and August, he couldn't find a single person who could.
