macOS beta regresses SwiftUI modifier; fix provided

The latest macOS beta appears to have introduced a regression affecting SwiftUI's .inspectorColumnWidth() modifier. The author suggests passing -NSSplitViewThrowOnInfiniteRects NO in the build scheme as a temporary workaround for the exceptions.
