Avatar with Whole-Body Touch, Spatial Hearing, and Physical Voice in One Simulation

Demonstrates a full avatar running in a single live simulator session with integrated features:
- Vision: Wide field-of-view foveated vision
- Hearing: Spatial hearing and physical voice feedback
- Touch: Whole-body deforming touch and skin stretch for proprioception
- Physics: Ragdoll physics with an energy model
The project aims to explore the concept of "Perception Spaces".
