Anthropic has signed a massive $35 billion cloud deal with Nvidia-backed Lambda, according to the WSJ. Lambda will rent Texas capacity to Anthropic, while Hut 8 builds the facility and Nvidia holds the lease.
Hut 8's SEC filings confirm 704MW of contracted IT capacity at Beacon Point under two 15-year leases worth $19.6B.
