Muse Code CLI released; Muse Spark 1.2 open weights coming next

Three weeks after open-sourcing Muse Glimmer, the author has released Muse Code CLI, which runs on Muse Spark 1.2. The open weights for Muse Spark 1.2 are set to be released next.
