Freshworks CPO Srini Raghavan demonstrated how they used AI to shrink the release cycle from six months to two weeks. Serving 75,000 customers and 300M end users, this new PDLC improved the PM-to-engineer ratio from 1:20 to 1:1 and reduced 12 stages of PRD research from days to seconds.
