EY launches $100M bonus pool rewarding 'human skills' amid flood of AI slop

EY is rolling out a $100M bonus pool to reward employees demonstrating "human skills" like judgment, adaptability, innovation and critical thinking, as the firm pushes back against a flood of AI-generated work. Individual staffers can pick up $500 spot bonuses, while teams delivering meaningful impact are eligible for payouts up to $25,000. The move comes as Big Four output has reportedly grown oversaturated with AI slop.
