LLM Leverage Has Plateaued, AI Style Signals Lack of Depth to Top Talent
ZeroStateReflex · x · 2026-09-01
NatHalberstadt argues that the leverage most people get from LLMs has plateaued significantly since late 2025. For the top 5% in capability, the AI "feel" in work product is obvious and has become a major negative signal. This intensifies at the >99.9th percentile, often causing work to be ignored. While using AI saves time, it sacrifices the ability to communicate effectively with high-value individuals.
