In the original post, @randomwalker explains he uses AI heavily for validating ideas and prototyping, but stays cautious about AI for anything he must ultimately publish and stand behind. The side effect: prototyping now outruns execution, leaving a growing pile of interesting, validated ideas he has no time to properly start. Far worse, he argues, would be starting tons of AI-assisted projects, making partial progress, and never completing or publishing any. Classic project management — ranking by priority and explicit go/no-go decisions — matters more than ever.
