New dad used Grok 4.6 to build and ship an Apple Watch baby-bath thermometer app
luismbat · x · 2026-09-01
After his newborns arrived, the author worried about getting bath water temperature right, so he used it as a chance to test Grok 4.6 and built a tiny Apple Watch app that checks water temperature and warns when it's too hot or cold.
Grok Bot also proved useful for shipping: it navigated the App Store submission process through the browser, filled out the forms, and even helped answer Apple's questions during review. The app is now live on the App Store.
