Signal65 Launches Pinnacle: Rethinking Agentic Benchmarks for Enterprise Work

Signal65 has launched PINNACLE, a new benchmark for agentic AI designed to address the shortcomings of current AI leaderboards. The core premise is that enterprises buy correct, completed work, not just tokens. PINNACLE evaluates performance based on messy, hybrid real-world enterprise environments across five personas: Knowledge Worker, Data Analyst, IT Professional, Customer Operations, and Executive. It measures across models, infrastructure, and costs, with feedback and support from NVIDIA and AMD.
