Ryan Shrout, former PC Perspective founder and Intel's ex-Chief Performance Strategist, introduces Signal65's PINNACLE benchmark. Drawing on two decades of measurement work, his core thesis: benchmarks with lasting value measure what buyers pay for; the ones that fade measure what was easy to count. Enterprises now deploy agents that run 80+ tool calls in a single job and hand deliverables to humans—AI measurement is due for the same rethink, which PINNACLE targets for agentic workloads.
