WSJ reports that EY is putting $100M behind rewarding human judgment, adaptability, and innovation as AI takes over routine tasks. Employees can earn spot awards up to $500 or individual contribution awards ranging from $10K to $25K. Notably, EY's AI-related revenue grew 30% in fiscal year 2025.
