Per WSJ, AI is forcing EY to overhaul how it rewards people: with AI absorbing more routine professional work, the firm is putting $100M behind human judgment.

Employees can earn spot awards up to $500 or $10K–$25K for adaptability, innovation, judgment and AI experimentation, with major individual contributions eligible for $10K–$25K. EY's AI-related revenue also grew 30% in FY25.
