ComfyUI Continuity node now drives six model families from one prompt box
Fine_Rhubarb3786 · reddit · 2026-09-01
Formerly the H3 node, Continuity now drives six model families through ComfyUI core: MiniMax H3 and LTX 2.5 for video with sound, Krea 2 and Ideogram 4 for stills, Qwen Image Edit and Flux 2 Klein for image editing. One prompt box, local weights, no internet during rendering; old workflows carry over untouched. The name comes from the script-supervisor job — same person, same light in shot 1 and shot 9.
Highlights:
- Dialogue: H3 wants speech in a format nobody writes by hand (speaker IDs, <d> tags, a mandatory sentence when a voiceover's lips stay closed). Closing a quote in the prompt now opens a menu that writes all of it, with dials for speaker, language, whispered or sung; shots with no speech are declared explicitly.
- Blockout bench: stage grey boxes, walk a camera through on marks, and it writes staging and camera moves in H3's own vocabulary ("@anna stands at centre in the midground; the camera pushes in at slow speed"), with boxes bound to cast references.
- Also new: 941 captioned H3 looks (search "1985 telenovela" directly), ControlNet and Upscale benches, and a refiner that runs on LM Studio, Ollama, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
