Salesforce and Anthropic Launch Claudeforce, Connecting Claude to Enterprise CRM Data

Salesforce and Anthropic announced an expanded strategic partnership, Claudeforce, combining Claude's reasoning with Salesforce's data, workflows, business logic, and governance.
The launch includes "Salesforce in Claude," a plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills that lets sellers and agents reason over live revenue context, automate pipeline updates, and take governed actions directly in Claude. It runs on Salesforce's AIforce enterprise harness, which exposes business data to any agent via MCP servers, APIs, and CLI tools. More integrations across Claude, Salesforce, and Slack are planned.
