Munder Difflin: Visualizing AI Coding Agents as a Pixel Office Team

techNmak · x · 2026-08-31

Munder Difflin is a tool that visualizes coding agents—such as Claude Code, Codex, Qwen, and Copilot—as characters in a 2D pixel art office. Each agent has its own terminal, memory, mailbox, and a literal desk. Users can watch messages move between desks as agents communicate. Under the hood, each agent runs as a real terminal process with support for separate directories, Git worktrees, local inboxes/outboxes, session persistence, shared blackboards, and individual token budget tracking.
