OpenClaw 2.0 Released: Revamped Installer and UI, Multiplayer Collaboration Added

OpenClaw 2.0 has officially shipped — the project's biggest update to date. Key improvements include:
- Rebuilt installer: A guided setup flow that automatically reuses existing credentials from Codex, ChatGPT, or Ollama and verifies model availability.
- UI rewrite: The browser client is now Chat-first, with file, terminal, and Git panels docked alongside the conversation; startup speed improved to 575ms.
- Multiplayer collaboration: New shared cloud sessions with read-only or edit permissions, making task handoffs easier for teams.
- Under-the-hood changes: Storage migrated to SQLite (free rollbacks no longer available), and the default local context expanded to 64K.
The documentation also details the security model and defenses, acknowledging that existing defenses still have a very high breach rate against adaptive attackers and stressing reliance on approvals and sandboxing.
