Consciousness researcher Anil Seth replying to Tomasz Korbak: partly agreeing that treating AI goals, beliefs and plans as semi-real (without assuming human equivalence) can be useful — but pushing further to strongly suggest subjective experience or being alive takes the intentional stance too far, confusing rather than illuminating the science.
