fal launches interactive AI livestream platform powered by H3 Max Director

fal has launched a platform for infinite, interactive AI livestreams: pick a channel, prompt what happens next, and watch it generate in real time — you're not just watching the show, you're directing it.
It runs on H3 Max Director, an auto-regressive, natively continuous version of H3 Max. The author says generated videos tie together better than standard T2V/I2V, with a native context window of up to 2 minutes. Very experimental for now, with quality improvements promised this week.
