Anthropic sued over alleged misleading '20x usage' claims on Pro plan
赛博禅心 · wechat · 2026-08-31
Users discovered that the '20x usage' cap on Anthropic's $200 Pro plan refers to per-session limits (resetting every 5 hours), not total monthly allowance. Actual weekly usage is only 1.7x (Sonnet) to 1.1-1.7x (Opus) higher than the $20 tier, far below the advertised 20x. In June, a user filed a class-action lawsuit alleging false advertising.
