ChatGPT Privacy Risk: Images Stored Even When Upload Is Cancelled

A ChatGPT Plus user discovered two privacy issues regarding image handling:
- Pre-upload Behavior: Images are stored in the library as soon as they are selected for upload, even if they are removed before actually sending the message.
- Deletion Discrepancy: Deleting a chat does not delete the images uploaded within that chat; they remain in the image library and must be deleted separately.
Users are advised to regularly check their image library to ensure no unintended files are retained.
