H3 Turbo LoRA cuts video gen time from 2m16s to 45s with 8-step workflow
desktop4070 · reddit · 2026-08-31
A Reddit user benchmarked H3's default template vs an optimized Turbo workflow:
- Default: 20 steps + resmultistep + simple sampler — a 0.2MP/8s clip takes 2m16s (up to 6m3s on slower GPUs)
- Optimized: 8 steps + ersde + sgmunified + Comfy Kitchen Attention + Larry's Turbo LoRA — same spec in 45s (1m51s worst case), roughly 3x faster
Turbo LoRA is on GitHub (Larryvrh/ComfyUI-MiniMax-H3-Turbo); the full workflow JSON and sample clips are downloadable for reproduction.
