LifeOS V0.3.0 runs on 12GB VRAM with new Windows installer

LifeOS V0.3.0 is out, a self-hosted personal organizer that turns voice commands into tasks, journals, or expenses.
Key Updates:
- Lower Hardware Requirements: Recommended VRAM reduced to 12GB. The Gemma 4 IT 12B (QAT) model is now the default, scoring 87/93 compared to Qwen 3.8 27B's 90/93, while using only a third of the VRAM.
- Safety Fix: A new validation layer prevents smaller models from hallucinating facts (e.g., fabricating income). Values not found in the transcript cannot auto-execute to the database, requiring manual approval.
- No-Terminal Setup: Windows users can install via a 6-step wizard (LifeOS-Setup.exe) without needing Python or Node. It includes Tailscale setup for mobile access.
Tested on pristine Windows 11 VMs, resolving several first-boot bugs.
