Opinion: AI erased the software moat — hardware's turn is coming

The author argues that just as AI has dissolved the software moat, the same will eventually happen to hardware: building a drone, robot, or car may no longer stay equally hard. The real magic will lie in operating these machines to deliver outcomes — much like software. In short: ops is the new software… and hardware.
