Claude Code Reportedly Adds Public Session Links to Commit Messages Silently

Some users have discovered that Claude Code automatically appends a public session URL (claude.ai/code/session...) to the bottom of every Git commit and PR description without their knowledge. This behavior could pose privacy or security risks. The author offers a fix: set attribution.commit: " in the .claude/settings. file.
